4000B-30

The 4000B is Sigmatek's standard air-driven directional gyro. As the aircraft turns left or right, gears on the sensing unit and dial shaft translate this rotation into rotation of the instrument’s vertical dial. Left turns produce clockwise dial rotation and right turns produce counter-clockwise rotation

4000H Series

Bootstrap models provide a heading synchro output for heading stabilization applications such as stormscopes, moving maps, and RMIs. This model also may have a "heading reminder" bug to lighten pilot workload.

4000HR Series

Sigma Tek's Directional Gyro with heading synchro output provides a cost effective link to "bootstrap" other instruments requiring heading information for: display orientation to aircraft heading, heading stabilization functions, and other navigational calculations and/or solutions.

4000C (52D54)

The 4000C is based on the same rigid, cast-aluminum frame and precisely machined brass rotor as Sigmatek's standard 4000B model. The autopilot directional gyros are FAA - PMA approved for use in the Century (CFS) CII, CIIB, CIII, and CIV. They are also compatible with Allied Signal - King autopilot installations.

Falcon AOA Kit

Also available in Pressurized, Dual Display, and Dual Pressurized kits.
With the Falcon display, when you come in for a landing you want to fly to the blue LED (on speed for landing). Should you come in with too low of an angle of attack, the display will illuminate into the yellow, telling you to put your nose up. Should you come in with too high of an angle of attack, the display with illuminate red, telling you to put your nose down.

Eagle AOA Kit

Also available in Pressurized, Dual Display, and Dual Pressurized kits.
With the Eagle Display, when you come in for a landing you want to fly to the blue donut (on speed for landing). Should you come in with too low of an angle of attack, the yellow chevron will light up and tell you to put your nose up. Should you come in with too high of an angle of attack, the red chevron will light up and tell you nose down.
