Warranty commences on date of shipment. All new equipment is warranted by the equipment manufacturer. Used equipment carries a guarantee from SAI as stated on the invoice, the term of which varies depending on the item purchased but no longer than 6 months. Used equipment must be sent to an authorized SAI service facility or pre-approved affiliate for all warranty claims. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Because of the extra costs associated with selling items on eBay, our normal warranty and return policies do not apply to items purchased from our eBay store or auctions. SAI does not publish its security procedures, and reserves the right to delay or cancel any order for any reason. All new international customers that choose to pay by credit card will be contacted for further verification of their identity. We also offer the option to pay by wire transfer. If you wish to avoid verification delays, please contact one of our salesmen and they will send you our bank transfer instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: Any orders that will be shipped to a freight-forwarder will require payment by wire transfer.


Certain items on this website may only be shipped if they are for use in experimental aircraft. For certified aircraft, we must install the equipment or ship them to another certified dealer for installation. A sales representative will contact you to confirm your information. Prices subject to change without notice. Availability of certain products may occasionally differ from the advertised estimate. Should you purchase a product that happens to be on backorder, we will contact you to let you know the updated estimate for delivery, and allow you the option to cancel your order.


Errors will be corrected where discovered, and SAI reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Sarasota Avionics will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.


A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all stock item returns that comply with our Return Policy. This fee may be waived if the return credit is applied toward the purchase of equipment of equal or greater value.


Sales tax will be added to any order that is shipped to an address located in a jurisdiction where Sarasota Avionics is required to collect sales tax.
