Once the exchange headset is received, we will evaluate the headset and determine if it is acceptable. A refund will be issued in the same method of payment that was used on the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for payment to be processed.


Exchange headsets must be in good cosmetic and working condition, and include all components listed below. If the headset is missing components, not working properly, or otherwise not eligible for full purchase credit, we will contact you to discuss the adjusted value of the unit. Sarasota Avionics reserves the right of final determination. If you would like to send in a headset that is not listed below, please contact us at Support@SarasotaAvionics.com. Note only one headset may be traded in against each new headset purchased.
