When will my order be shipped?
This depends on the item ordered, the destination address, and the time at which the order is placed. Orders for "in stock" items shipping to the U.S. and placed before 3:00PM Eastern will usually be shipped the same day. Please note that our listed "Availability" only applies to orders shipped to U.S. addresses, and is not a guarantee. If it is not possible to fulfill your order in a timely manner, we will contact you with an updated estimate. There may be a delay before certain international orders are shipped.
What if I require an order to be delivered by a specific date?

What does "Install Only" mean?
Some manufacturers do not allow certain products to be shipped. These items must be installed by Sarasota Avionics or another authorized dealer. There are exceptions that can be made in some cases, e.g. experimental aircraft or for government/military use. If the item being purchased is for an experimental aircraft, please enter the aircraft details during checkout and we will follow up with you to verify prior to shipping. For government/military sales, please call or email our Sales department.
Why do I have to add certain items to my cart before I can see the price?
Some manufacturers have "Minimum Advertised Price" policies which set the price at which dealers are able to advertise certain products. By hiding the price for these products until they are added to the cart, we are able to provide lower prices to our customers since we are not advertising the price.

What payment methods are accepted?
A valid credit card is required to place an order on SarasotaAvionics.com. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you would like to pay by Cashier’s Check, Money Order, C.O.D., or Wire Transfer, please call one of our sales consultants and they will be happy to assist you. Personal checks will take 3-5 business days to clear before the order is processed.
Can I send an order to someone as a gift?
If you are purchasing an item for someone else and would not like an invoice included with the package, please make a note in the Comments box during checkout.
Can I use an international credit card on SarasotaAvionics.com?
International credit cards will require further verification before the order is processed. Our sales staff will contact you with details after we receive your order.
What do I do if I would like to cancel my order?
