Note that you will be charged the full retail value for the item.

Once the exchange GPS is received, we will evaluate the unit and determine if it is acceptable. A refund will be issued in the same method of payment that was used on the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for payment to be processed.

Exchange units must be in good cosmetic and working condition, and include all original accessories/components (see list below). If the unit is missing components, not working properly, or otherwise not eligible for full purchase credit, we will contact you to discuss the adjusted value. No guarantees will be made about the final value of any unit until it is evaluated in our shop. Sarasota Avionics reserves the right of final determination.
