When introduced in 2018, the Evolution E5 EFI combined an attitude indicator plus DG/CDI into a single display. After receiving feedback from operators and installers, Aspen responded with this new software release for those who prefer a more traditional HSI. Aircraft owners who already own Aspen’s Evolution E5 can update their current display.
To add even more capability and utility to the E5 EFI, Aspen has also developed the following new optional software features which are available for only $495:

- Outside Air Temperature (OAT)

- WAAS GPS mode annunciations
- Backup attitude indicator not required
