Normal turn-around is 10 business days from the date that the unit is sent in for repair.

Advanced Exchange:

Usually available within 2-4 business days, but can be expedited. Subject to availability. A $3,350 core charge will apply until SL30 core is received. Credit card fees will not be refunded for the core.
