Flat-rate Repair:

Normal turn-around is 10 business days from the date that the unit is sent in for repair.

Advanced Exchange:

Usually available within 2-4 business days, but can be expedited. Subject to availability. A core charge* will apply until GIA 6300 core is confirmed acceptable.

*Note that a wire transfer is required for an advanced exchange due to the amount of the core charge.
