For example, the GAD 42 enhances the interface capabilities of Garmin LNAV GPS receivers or any other GPS receiver capable of transmitting and receiving ARINC 429 serial data labels. The result is a hard-working adapter that significantly expands the utility of a panel-mount GPS.
