The smartPower 150-201 and 250-201 is a remote mounted USB-A power / charging unit designed to provide reliable power for most consumer products with USB charge capabilities such as smartphones and tablets. The smartPower 150-201 provides 2.1 amps at 5 VDC ± 0.25 (10 watt) per port for the USB connection. The smartPower 150-201 is designed to be installed behind the panel to provide discreet direct power to USB powered components.

The smartPower 150-201 features a feedback loop to keep the 2.1 amp current stable at all times.

Recommended for installation with the smartPanel Mount for iPhone 6, iPhone 6+, and iPad Pro 12.9" flush mounts.

All smartPower 150/250 USB Power Supplies from Guardian Avionics are approved for installation in certified aircraft and rotorcraft under 14 CFR Part 23, 27 and 29 as "Non-Required Safety Enhancing Equipment" (NORSEE) as outlined in FAA memorandum number PS-AIR-21.8-1602. Power supplies and mounts may be installed as a minor alteration.
