- Purchase a new Bose A20® Aviation Headset or Lightspeed Zulu.2, either by phone or on our website. Note that you will be charged the full retail value for the item.
- After you place your order, email us at support@sarasotaavionics.com to get a return authorization to send in your exchange headset.
- Once the exchange headset is received, we will evaluate the unit and determine if it is acceptable. A refund will be issued in the same method of payment that was used on the original purchase. Please allow 7-14 days for payment to be processed.
*If the headset is missing components, not working properly, or otherwise not eligible for full purchase credit, we will contact you to discuss the adjusted value of the unit.
