When will my order be shipped?
Most products on our website will be shipped within 1 business day. Stock orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Eastern will usually be shipped the same day. Please refer to the shipping estimates listed for each product. If it is not possible to fulfill your order in a timely manner, we will contact you immediately by email. Please note that our listed "Availability" only applies to orders shipped to U.S. addresses and is not a guarantee. There may be a delay before certain international orders are shipped.
How will I know if my order has been received?
You should receive an email confirmation immediately after your order has been placed. If you do not receive confirmation, please let us know.
How can I check the delivery status/track my order?
The tracking number for your package will be emailed to you once the order is shipped. If you did not receive notification, you can also check the "Order Status" page under Customer Services below.
How do I return an item?

What does "Install Only" mean?
Some manufacturers do not allow certain products to be shipped. These items must be installed by SAI or another verified dealer. If you are purchasing Install Only items for experimental use, please enter the aircraft details during checkout.
Why does Sarasota Avionics require that I an add certain items to my cart before I can see the price?
Some manufacturers have Minimum Advertised Pricing policies which restrict the price at which dealers are able to advertise certain products. By hiding the price for those products, we are not violating the MAP policy because we are not advertising a price. We hope our customers understand that the extra effort required to see certain prices allows Sarasota Avionics to offer discounts that other dealers cannot.

What payment methods are accepted?
A valid credit card is required to place an order on SarasotaAvionics.com. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you would like to pay by Cashier’s Check, Money Order, C.O.D., or Wire Transfer, please call one of our sales consultants and they will be happy to assist you. Personal checks will take 5-7 business days to clear before the order is processed.
Can I send an order to someone as a gift?
If you are purchasing an item for someone else and would not like an invoice included with the package, please make a note in the Comments box during checkout.
Can I use an international credit card on SarasotaAvionics.com?
International credit cards will require further verification before the order is processed. One of our staff will contact you with details after we receive your order.
What do I do if I would like to cancel my order?
Many orders ship the same day, so please notify us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded after an order is shipped. To cancel an order, please email email@example.com or call 1-866-539-4078.
Do you offer any products besides the ones listed on your website?
If you can’t find what you are looking for on our website, let us know and we will do our best to get it. Do you deliver to locations outside the United States?
We ship to customers all over the world. However, we do require that international orders are verified prior to shipment.
