Nav/Comm (Black Faceplate)
The MX 11R Comm is designed as a slide in replacement for the Narco Com 11, Com 11B, Com 111, Com 111B, and Com 120. The unit will replace the Com 10 and Com 110 when the Nav 10 and Nav 110 are not used in the system. The MX 11R is the same unit as the earlier MX 11 except it does not come with the tray. You must order the tray seperately per the FAA.
The MX12 is a direct replacement for the MK 12A Nav/Com. The unit will mount on the existing tray and connectors will interface with existing connectors. Since the original remote power supply is no longer required, a jumper plug is provided to make the proper interconnect for speaker, mic, and power. If Glide Slope interface is required, an optional cable is available.
The MX 170C is designed to be electrically and mechanically interchangeable with the KX 170 and 175 series of NAV-COMM's. The channeling outputs are for 40 channel glide slope (King Glide Slope) and 200 channels (King Slip Code). The early model KX 170 has 2 out of the 5 channeling and some interchangability problems may result. The MX 170C operates on 13.75 Adc maximum current in transmit.
The MX300 Nav/Comm is designed to replace the RT 328T, RT 308C, RT 328T, RT 328A, RT 528A, RT 328C, RT 528E, RT 328D, and RT 508A. The MX300B has a black face plate, as shown. Please see item MX-300T for the beige face plate that matches many Cessna panels.
