The 196B VHF Transceiver is a 760-frequency Comm with simultaneous digital display of active and standby frequencies. It has push-button and remote-switch frequency flip flop. Nine pilot-programmable channels for frequency storage in nonvolatile memory may be remotely called up and cycled through. It also includes the added features of 2280 frequencies and 8.33 kHz channel spacing capability. TSO'd.
